The Diamond Secretarial Team

Lyndsey McKendry is the owner of Diamond Secretarial. She has over a decade of administrative and secretarial experience working within both public and private sectors. Lyndsey started Diamond Secretarial in 2005 where she now provides support to a number of clients with transcription, call answering, internet research and email management. She is an honest and dedicated individual with exceptional organisational skills. She is a perfectionist at heart! Her qualifications include an HNC in Business Administration.

Charlotte Burford began her career in 1994 working as an office junior and soon progressed to working as a Personal Assistant to some of London’s top Accountants, Solicitors and Surveyors. Her professional manner and diversity of experience enables her to quickly identify business requirements and work to achieve the goals needed. Charlotte has always felt that she should not just work for a business, but should understand that business. This led her to achieve a LLB Law Degree whilst working as a Legal Secretary for a London Law firm.

Carole Meyrick - Having decided at an early age that she wanted to be a Secretary, Carole went to secretarial college. Her career led her to work as a PA in London, and her experience covers insurance loss adjusting, chartered surveying, merchant banking, manufacturing, charities, legal secretarial and all aspects of office management. She is a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management, and strongly believes in continuing professional development. She took a career break to study horticulture at Pershore College, and worked as a horticulturist before becoming Administration Manager for Cuprinol in Somerset. She now lives in Mid Wales, on the side of a hill in the Cambrian Mountains, with her shepherd husband and their dogs, cats, chickens and a large vegetable patch.

Sara Gill - Sara started her administrative career in the British Army and has worked in both the military and civilian sector at all levels including PA, Office Manager, Project Support/Manager and Co-ordinator. Sara is highly motivated and very proactive and adaptable to change. She is highly computer literate and is well versed with most software. Particular specialities would include research and analytical tasks as well as the identification and implementation of process improvements. Originally from Kent Sara moved to the North East of England with her daughter in 2005, where she lives now with her partner Steven and their two albino gerbils.
